Role Description
Job Title: PCO Implementer (Poverty Curve Originator)
Role Overview
The PCO Implementer is responsible for configuring, deploying, and supporting Poverty Curve Originator (PCO) solutions across environments. This includes managing releases, executing automation jobs, handling service requests, and ensuring successful installation and validation of PCO components.
Key Responsibilities - Release & Deployment Management
- Execute use case releases for PCO implementations.
- Manage and monitor CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins jobs.
- Ensure smooth deployment across development, staging, and production environments.
- Service Request Handling
- Create and manage ServiceNow Change Orders (CO) for deployments and updates.
- Coordinate approvals and track change implementation status.
- PCO Component Installation & Configuration
- Install and configure core PCO components including:
- BPS (Business Processing Services)
- Connector/Integration tools (e.g., Connectors)
- Open AM (Access Management) installation and setup
- Validate installations and ensure system readiness.
- Database Management
- Execute and validate SQL queries using tools such as:
- Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
- pgAdmin (PostgreSQL)
- Support data validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Automation & Job Execution
- Trigger and monitor Jenkins jobs for build, deployment, and batch processing.
- Troubleshoot job failures and ensure successful execution.
- Testing & Validation
- Perform post-deployment validation of use cases and PCO workflows.
- Coordinate with QA teams to ensure release quality.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain deployment runbooks, installation guides, and SOPs.
- Provide regular status updates and incident reports.
