Role Description
Location : Bangalore
Design, Development, Deployment and 3rd level support
Design, Development and Deployment of User Stories as per the Sprint Plan
Resolve the 3rd level support issues
- Strong understanding of S/4HANA architecture, Fiori apps, and integration with other SAP/non-SAP systems.
- Proven ability to manage a full-cycle S/4HANA Service implementation, from design and blueprinting to deployment.
- Deep, hands-on configuration knowledge in Service Order Management, Service Contract Management, In-House Repair, and Field Service processes.
- Expertise in designing and implementing processes that link S/4HANA Service with the Sales module. This specifically includes creating a seamless flow from a service interaction to lead or opportunity creation and management.
- Demonstrable experience in architecting and building integrations between SAP and marketing platforms (e.g., SAP Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.). The goal is to facilitate a unified view of the customer journey.
- A strong conceptual understanding (with hands-on experience preferred) of middleware like SAP Integration Suite (CPI) to build these connections.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end Service-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash business processes to build Unified Customer Journey
- Experience with configuring and deploying SAP Fiori apps to provide an intuitive and modern interface for service users.
- Proficiency in managing data migration for key service objects (e.g., service contracts, equipment, service orders).
- Familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology and agile project management principles.
- The capacity to analyze complex, cross-functional business requirements and design robust, scalable system solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical solutions to both business and technical audiences.
