Role Description
Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Experience range: 7 to 9years
Locations: Bangalore/Chennai/Trivandrum/Kochi/Pune/Noida/Gurgaon/Kolkata
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will build scalable applications, integrate Salesforce with external systems, and enhance business processes across Sales and Service functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
- Customize Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud)
- Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
- Build and manage integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployments
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance within Salesforce
- Support ongoing enhancements, releases, and bug fixes
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Apex programming
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Knowledge of Visualforce
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform
- Experience working with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Proficiency in SOQL and SOSL
- Experience in REST and SOAP API integrations
- Hands-on experience with Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
- Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git)
- Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets)
- Experience with deployment tools (Change Sets, CI/CD, or DevOps tools)
Good-to-Have Skills
- Salesforce certifications:
- Platform Developer I / II
- Salesforce Administrator
- Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Exposure to DevOps practices in Salesforce environments
