Summary
UST is looking for Workday Integration consultant with 5 – 7 years of experience. This role requires a strong hands-on practitioner who can independently own and deliver end-to-end integration solutions.
The Opportunity
- 5-6+ years of hands-on Workday Integration experience
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end Workday integration projects
- Core Skills
- Workday Studio
- EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- Core Connectors (HCM, Financials, Payroll, etc.)
- Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
- Expertise in:
- Strong experience with XML, XSLT, JSON
- Experience with middleware/integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.) is a plus
- Functional Understanding
- Good understanding of Workday HCM / Finance / Payroll modules
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical integration design
What You Need
- Own and drive Workday integration design, build, and deployment
- Develop and maintain integrations using Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
- Collaborate with onsite teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues proactively
- Ensure high-quality delivery with minimal supervision
