Role Description
6-10 years overall experience, with 4+ years of hands on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE
Role Summary
The Senior D365 CRM Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering complex CRM customizations, extensions, and integrations on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. The role works closely with architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high quality CRM solutions in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Development & Customization
- Design and develop Plugins, Custom Workflows, Custom APIs, Actions, and extensions using C / .NET
- Implement client side customizations using JavaScript, HTML, Business Rules, and Ribbon Workbench
- Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, charts, and business process flows
- Work across D365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing
Integration & Azure
- Design and implement CRM integrations using Web APIs, REST APIs, Custom APIs, and middleware
- Develop Azure based integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Web Jobs, Storage
- Ensure secure and scalable integration patterns with upstream and downstream systems
Quality, Support & Leadership
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting of complex issues
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers
- Support production issues, root cause analysis, and performance optimization
- Contribute to technical documentation and design reviews
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE (Sales, Service, Field Service)
- C / .NET, Plugins, Custom Workflows, Custom APIs
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Business Rules, Ribbon Workbench
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- CRM Web APIs / REST APIs

- SQL Server and data modeling concepts
- Source control & CI/CD (Git, Azure DevOps)
