Role Description
We are seeking a People Systems / HR Systems Analyst to support and enhance our Workday-based People Systems landscape. This role is well-suited for professionals with HR process knowledge, HR operations experience, or exposure to HRIS platforms who are interested in building their Workday expertise. Prior Workday experience is preferred but not mandatory, as functional guidance and on-the-job support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Support HR processes across Core HCM, Absence, Performance, Compensation, Talent, and Benefits
Assist with Workday configurations, validations, and process updates
Provide day-to-day production support, including issue analysis and data corrections
Participate in Workday release impact analysis, testing, and deployments
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Talent, and People Systems teams
Support employee lifecycle events such as hiring, job changes, transfers, and terminations
Perform functional testing, UAT, and maintain process documentation
Support reporting and data validation activities
