We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevSecOps Engineer with 4–6 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation, CI/CD pipeline management, containerization, infrastructure automation, and monitoring solutions.
This role focuses on building secure, scalable, and reliable DevOps platforms while integrating security best practices across the software development lifecycle. The candidate will work closely with Development, Infrastructure, and Security teams to streamline deployment processes, improve system reliability, and strengthen platform security.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Bash.
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
- Monitor application and infrastructure health using Prometheus, Grafana, and logging tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment automation, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Integrate DevSecOps best practices including vulnerability scanning, compliance checks, and secure deployment mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot build, deployment, infrastructure, and production issues.
- Manage source code repositories and branching strategies using version control systems such as Git.
- Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance through proactive monitoring and automation.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in DevOps / DevSecOps Engineering.
- Strong scripting expertise in Python and Bash.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
- Good understanding of version control systems and Git workflows.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and secure deployment practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
