Role Description
Job Title - ServiceNow Presales Analyst / Business Operations & Consulting
Role Summary
We are seeking a driven and businessoriented ServiceNow Presales Associate with Zero to 1.5 year of experience to support presales and solutioning activities for ServiceNow engagements. The ideal candidate will be an MBA graduate from IIM / Premium Business School, with strong analytical skills and an interest in digital workflow platforms and enterprise service management solutions.
The role involves supporting sales cycles by understanding customer business challenges, mapping them to ServiceNow platform capabilities, assisting in solution presentations, and contributing to proposals and bid responses.
Key Responsibilities
Support ServiceNow presales activities across new deals, renewals, and expansion opportunities
Participate in client discovery sessions to understand business challenges, operational pain points, and transformation goals
Assist in mapping business requirements to ServiceNow solutions such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and App Engine
Collaborate with solution architects and sales teams to develop solution presentations, demo narratives, and value propositions
Contribute to RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, proposals, and presales documentation
Support preparation of scope definition, effort estimates, assumptions, and solution approaches under guidance
Assist in coordinating and tailoring ServiceNow demos and proofofconcepts for client presentations
Work closely with sales, delivery, and practice teams to ensure aligned and competitive solutioning
Develop and maintain presales collateral such as presentations, case studies, and capability decks
Stay updated on ServiceNow platform releases, product roadmap, and industry best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA from IIM or equivalent premier management institute
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline
Zero to 1.5 year of experience in ServiceNow presales, consulting, ITSM solutioning, or enterprise platform support
Basic understanding of the ServiceNow platform and digital workflow concepts
Knowledge of service management and enterprise processes such as ITSM, HR services, customer service, or operations
Exposure to presales lifecycle activities including discovery, proposal development, solution presentations, and client interactions
Ability to translate business requirements into ServiceNowbased solution narratives
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
High learning agility and comfort working in a fastpaced, salesdriven environment
ServiceNow training or certification (CSA / overview modules) is an added advantage
