Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with stakeholders. Candidates with experience in ServiceNow and an educational background from IIM are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders
Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements
Conduct client meetings, workshops, and presentations to define project scope and objectives
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
Support project delivery by collaborating with developers, QA, and project managers
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful implementation
Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
Proven experience in client-facing roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow platform experience is preferred
MBA or equivalent degree from an IIM (Indian Institute of Management) preferred
Experience in IT services, consulting, or digital transformation projects
