Role Description
Act as the first point of escalation for Associates and Senior Associates
Guide and support team members on all business operation queries
Conduct initial quality checks on team output to reduce errors and rework
Support training initiatives and actively participate in cross-training across processes
Share knowledge, process updates and best practices within the team
Review, update and enhance SOP documentation
Suggest and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Monitor the volume workflow, engage in workload forecasting and resource planning
Ensure completion of all mandatory trainings within defined timelines
Act with integrity, transparency, and professionalism in all responsibilities
Must Have
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and dashboard presentations. Prepare reports & perform quality review of reports generated
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic understanding of operational risk and escalation processes
Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn. Team player with willing and enthusiastic approach
Ability to plan and anticipate potential problems before they arise
Working knowledge in SAP preferably in supply chain/Purchase & logistics, Office 365 and Service now
Good to Have
Prior experience as a subject matter expert (SME) or senior team member
Exposure to process improvement/automation initiatives
Experience in training, mentoring or reviewing junior team members work
Knowledge of business process SOP documentation and Quality management
