Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Lead to oversee and drive the full spectrum of human resource functions across our manufacturing (Succinnova) and business service operations (Navinyaa). The ideal candidate should possess 10-12 years of progressive HR experience, demonstrating proven expertise in staffing, training, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement. Their background will be rooted primarily in the service industry, complemented by subsequent exposure to the manufacturing sector.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance operational excellence with people-centric leadership, ensuring alignment of HR practices with business goals.


1. Staffing & Recruitment:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast workforce needs and build talent pipelines.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.


2. Training & Development:

  • Design and implement learning & development programs tailored to manufacturing and engineering teams.
  • Establish leadership development frameworks and technical skill enhancement modules.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.


3. Payroll & HR Operations:

  • Oversee payroll administration ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Manage HRIS systems and employee records.
  • Streamline HR processes for efficiency and transparency.


4. Employee Engagement:

  • Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to foster motivation and retention.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions, surveys, and cultural initiatives.
  • Champion recognition programs and wellness initiatives.


5. Diversity & Inclusion (D&I):

  • Drive D&I initiatives to build an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Ensure fair policies and practices across recruitment, promotions, and employee development.


6. Compliance & Policy Management:

  • Ensure adherence to Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and industry regulations.
  • Draft, update, and communicate HR policies in line with organizational values.
  • Act as the custodian of ethical practices and grievance redressal mechanisms.


7. Workforce Management:

  • Oversee manpower planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align workforce strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor productivity metrics and optimize workforce allocation.


Education Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).
  • MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred for added advantage in strategic and leadership responsibilities.


Experience:  

  • 10-12 years of proven experience in Human Resources experience, primarily in the service industry, complemented by subsequent exposure to the manufacturing sector.
  • Proven expertise in utilizing recruitment tools and headhunting strategies to successfully fill critical positions.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms such as Zoho HR or HROne
  • Familiarity with HR documentation processes, with prior exposure to ISO audit requirements considered an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, compliance frameworks, and HR best practice
  • Proven track record in recruitment, training, payroll, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
