Job Description
The Lead- HR Operations and System Management (HOSM) is responsible for end-to-end HR operations and employee life cycle management including but not limited to HRIS management, employee documentation, data insight, Payroll and employee benefits, internal and external stakeholder management, compliance, audits etc.
This role supports the HR Head in delivering strategic and operational HR initiatives, ensuring robust HRIS and system administration, error free and timely record keeping, insightful workforce reporting, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages the technology, data integrity, and daily workflows that drive employee lifecycle processes.
- End-to-end HRIS implementation from ground up and continuous improvement of HR systems (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient workflows.
- Error free record keeping of complete employee database (hire to retire) and ensure continuous readiness of documents for audits.
- Develop and deliver workforce analytics, dashboards, and regular reporting to support strategic HR decision-making.
- Partner with HRIS vendor and IT team to resolve HR Systems issues implement new features and ensure user training.
- Payroll and employee database management throughout employee lifecycle
- Partner with labour compliance vendor and ensure accuracy and timely return (PF, ESI, Income Tax, PT and other labour laws) with the help of vendor
- Timely completion of background verification of employees
- Employee benefits management
- First point of contact for all HR operations and systems related queries
- Participate in internal HR audits
- Active participation in other HR activities as and when needed
Skills & Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource or BTech/BE (CS/IT/ECE/EEE)
- More than 4 years of relevant work experience
- Mandatory prior experience of HRIS implementation and management
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- High level of adaptability in constant changing environments
- Strong logical and analytical skill
Good To Have
- Experience in talent acquisition and usage of job portals (such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.)
- Experience in Employee Life Cycle Management
- HR Analytics, dashboards and advance excel

- Regulatory Bodies – including labour laws, UGC and accreditation agencies for compliance and quality assurance.
