Job Title: Asst. Manager/ Lead- Senior HR Executive People Care HR Operations

Location:Chennai (Ambattur)
Work Mode:Day Shift (11:00 AM 8:00 PM)
Shift Note:Monthly 2 days MID shift applicable (2:00 PM 11:00 PM)
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Executive / Senior HR Executive People Care HR Operationsto join our Corporate HR team. This role focuses on enhancing employee experience, driving people engagement initiatives, and supporting HR operations with a strong emphasis on communication, coordination, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Freshers Hiring
Involved extensively in campus and off-campus hiringfor freshers on a monthly basis (1020 hires).
- Coordinate end-to-end fresher hiring activities including sourcing, interview scheduling, documentation, and onboarding support.
Employee Engagement People Care
- Conduct and coordinate skip-level meetings; track action items and ensure closure.
- Evaluate and analyze HR Connect toolfeedback and reports; share insights and improvement plans.
- Plan, coordinate, and release the HR Newsletteron a quarterly basis.
- Drive Rewards Recognitioninitiatives across the organization.
- Organize and coordinate monthly employee gatherings, including announcements, logistics, and overall execution.
CSR Culture Initiatives
- Support and coordinate CSR activitiesand people engagement programs.
- Actively contribute to strengthening workplace culture and employee connect.
Employee Relations Feedbacks
Conduct regular meetings with managersto understand people-related concerns and support HR interventions.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to people care initiatives.
POSH Compliance
- Coordinate POSH awareness trainingsfor employees.
- Schedule and support POSH committee meetingsand related documentation.
Desired Skills Competencies
- Strong communication skills(written and verbal).
- Good coordination, planning, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset to interpret employee feedback and HR data.
- High level of empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and timelines effectively.
Qualification Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Social Work, or related field.
- 26 years of experiencein HR Operations / People Care / Employee Engagement (experience level may vary for Executive vs. Senior Executive).
- Exposure to fresher hiring, employee engagement, and HR operations will be an added advantage.
