We are looking for someone who has strong analytical skills, proficiency into data crunching, and has lead a team of analytics in the past. Has the ability to convert complex data into meaningful visual reports. The person should be forthcoming, proactive and a strong team player and has ability to manage a team.
Experience: 6-8 years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of HR analytics frameworks covering headcount, attrition, talent acquisition metrices, diversity etc,
- Convert complex HR data into clear insights, dashboards, and executive-ready narratives for senior leadership
- Identify workforce risks and opportunities and recommend data-backed interventions
- Own end-to-end design, and execution of all dashboards and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting using Power BI or other similar tools
- Work closely with HR leaders and HR folks to understand data requirement and deliver appropriate insights
- Develop advanced excel models to perform data analysis and support HR initiatives
- Handle audit queries, Ad Hoc request from leaders, and prepare data for regulatory reporting
- Review all year end reporting that is required for annual report of the organization
- Apply statistical techniques to identify drivers of attrition and build predictive model
- Mentor and guide team members to build analytical capability within the team
- Review outputs for quality, accuracy and effectiveness
Skills And Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI
- Knowledge of scripting language such as R Programming / Python
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex data with accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as a part of team
- Team management
- Structure problem-solving and critical thinking
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with large HR datasets and multiple source systems
- Ability to present the analysed data to the Senior management and draw inference
