Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner, driving the full spectrum of Employee Life Cycle Management (ELCM) including manpower budgeting, recruitment, onboarding, performance management system (PMS), payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
- Implement and ensure adherence to Adani Group’s people practices as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), promoting operational uprightness in all HR functions.
- Lead efforts to fulfill Business Unit HR commitments by delivering timely HR outcomes aligned with business needs and objectives.
- Oversee HR Management Information System (MIS) and data analytics to provide insightful reports on workforce trends, headcount monitoring, and cost management against budgeted numbers.
- Demonstrate high operational capability in managing employee lifecycle processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all employees and stakeholders.
- Ensure comprehensive HR governance and compliance through the use of HCM systems, including adherence to the Shops & Establishments Act, Payroll Management, and other statutory mandates such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), CMPF, and Bonus Act.
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for HR policies and organizational structure, regularly reviewing and updating documentation to reflect current business and compliance requirements.
- Manage outsourced manpower resources, including payroll administration and compliance to contractual obligations. - Administer payroll and attendance management for all employees and contractual staff, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Manage the Clip portal of CMPDIL to streamline provident fund and ESIC administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, specifically The Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, and the Contract Labour (R&A), Central Rules 1971, safeguarding organizational adherence to labor laws.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support organizational growth, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives.
- Utilize Oracle HCM, Power BI, and MS Office Suite effectively to enhance HR operations and data-driven decision-making.
- Cultivate a workplace culture that reflects Adani Group’s values of integrity, innovation, inclusiveness, and sustainability, thereby attracting and retaining top talent.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or MBA in Human Resources, MSW or a related field is preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant experience
