Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead, Home Visit Operations, located in India. The role involves overseeing and managing the operations of the home visit services, coordinating with teams to ensure timely and efficient sample collection, and maintaining quality service standards. The individual will drive operational efficiency, manage resources, and ensure a seamless customer experience while adhering to the company’s protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management and team coordination
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in resource planning and logistical management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of healthcare and diagnostic services; prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges
