Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Lead Hardware Engineer. The position involves designing and developing innovative hardware solutions that align with the company’s mission of sustainability. The responsibilities include overseeing circuit and electronics hardware design, leading hardware development projects, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical excellence and compliance with eco-friendly practices. The role also encompasses troubleshooting hardware issues, optimizing designs, and staying updated with emerging trends in hardware engineering.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hardware Development and expertise in Computer Hardware systems
- Strong skills in Circuit Design and Electronics Hardware Design
- Knowledgeable in hardware architecture and hardware system integration
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and debugging hardware-related issues
- Hands-on experience with industrial-grade hardware systems is an advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with eco-friendly and sustainable hardware development practices is highly desirable
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
