Responsibilities
- Drive the hardware design process from concept to production, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Oversee the creation of schematics, PCB layouts, and prototypes, and perform design reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, firmware, and mechanical design, to ensure seamless integration.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the successful completion of hardware projects within budget and schedule constraints.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders regularly.
- Lead and mentor a team of hardware engineers, providing guidance and technical expertise.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and skill development
