🎯🚀: Hiring: Lead GTM Engineer @ Punch! (Remote — Contractor)
punchb2b.com is a top-50 global B2B Sales Development Agency, trusted by AWS, Palo Alto Networks, Square, and DHL. We operate with 80+ specialists who've generated over £1bn in pipeline for enterprise clients.
We're hiring a Lead GTM Engineer to run a team of up to 3-4 GTM Engineers and own campaign quality end-to-end across 7 client accounts, working hand-in-hand with our Principal GTM Strategist on agentic, personalised campaign workflows.
What you'll own:
→ Team oversight — coaching up to 3-4 GTM Engineers on enrichment, Claygent, and Clay workflow design
→ QA/QC on every campaign across all 7 accounts before launch
→ Weekly optimisation reviews — pausing, adjusting, or resuming campaigns
→ Hands-on Clay/scraper/data work on your own accounts
→ Uploading and launching campaigns in HeyReach / EmailBison
→ Designing agentic workflows in n8n and building/debugging scripts in Claude Code
What you won't do:
→ Client-facing or account management work
→ Purely execution-only work — you'll shape how campaigns and workflows are built, not just build them
You're a fit if you:
→ Are the strongest hands-on Clay/data/automation operator you know, and equally comfortable managing others
→ Have led or mentored engineers before, or are ready to
→ Are fluent in n8n and comfortable in Claude Code for agentic workflows
→ Know your way around CLIs like Clay CLI, Deepline, or Oxygen for large-scale data work
→ Communicate clearly, take ownership, and hold a high standard for what goes out the door

Salary = £2000 - £2700 per month dependant on experience
