Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Lead Growth & Strategy professional in the live entertainment industry. The role involves driving strategic growth initiatives, exploring innovative opportunities, overseeing sales strategies, fostering collaborations with key stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless execution of high-impact projects. The individual will act as a bridge between creative conceptualization and operational success, fueling both revenue growth and community impact.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Growth Hacking skills to identify and drive new opportunities
- Exceptional Communication and Sales skills to foster relationships and close deals
- Proficiency in Project Management to oversee execution and manage cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to think creatively, solve problems, and adapt to changing dynamics
- Experience in the live entertainment or youth-focused event industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
