Lead Graphic Designer (Branding & Identity)
📍 Location: Karkardooma, Delhi
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time
💰 Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who understands that great design goes beyond individual creatives, it’s about building a cohesive visual system. In this role, you will help shape and maintain our brand identity, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop brand elements including logos, typography systems, and visual identities for new initiatives
• Maintain and update brand style guides and design asset libraries to ensure visual consistency
• Create engaging graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, and presentations
• Review and ensure all outgoing design assets align with brand guidelines, colors, typography, and layout systems
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: 1–3 years in branding, design, or agency environments
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and identity projects
• Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Figma/Canva is a plus)
• Design Thinking: Understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
