Hiring: Lead Designer

We are looking for a Lead Designer with strong creative thinking, graphic design expertise, colour sense, visual taste, and execution skills to lead design team, campaigns, and digital design projects across films and brands.
This role is ideal for someone who can balance creativity with speed, lead a team confidently, and bring powerful visual storytelling into every project.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the design team across branding, social media, publicity, and campaign creatives
* Develop high-quality visual concepts and creative directions
* Ensure consistency across brand identities and communication materials
* Work closely with marketing, content, video, and production teams
* Review and refine designs to maintain quality and impact
* Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
What We’re Looking For
* Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, campaign, or digital design work
* Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
* Good understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
* Ability to lead and mentor junior designers
* Experience in agency, entertainment, or branding environments preferred
* Understanding of social media aesthetics and current design trends
Bonus If You Have
* Experience in film publicity design
* Motion graphics or AI-assisted design workflow knowledge
* Strong presentation and communication skills
