Job Description
The role is responsible for network operations and maintenance. This is an operational role that may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.
Purpose of your Role
To support Microsoft Teams Direct Routing and Meeting rooms for customers.
You will be accountable for
(Key Responsibilities)
Use proactively.
Reporting and handling customer call for review of Managing Teams Direct Routing infrastructure of the customer.
Manage Endpoints like SBC, gateway, and Meeting room endpoints.
Working on reported tickets and maintaining SLA.
Working on any issues reported by customer and responding to emails.
Monitoring the service, identifying, and fixing the issvice.
Desired Skill sets
Demonstration of problem-solving skills
Prior experience in providing technical support in fast paced, high availability, 24X7 environments.
Knowledge of network, operation systems
Good communication skills
Team player
