Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Bhopal for a Lead Generator Specialist in Pre & Post Sales. The role involves identifying potential leads, nurturing client relationships, assisting pre-sales efforts, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. Regular day-to-day tasks include managing inbound and outbound communication with prospects, understanding client needs, providing customer service, coordinating with internal teams, and offering post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
