Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generator, located in Jabalpur. The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, conducting market research, and engaging with potential clients to generate leads. Tasks will include maintaining client databases, following up on leads through calls or meetings, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support revenue growth. Regular reporting and updating progress to the management team will also be part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in market research, client identification, and lead generation
- Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in database management and CRM tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with the civil infrastructure or construction industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
