Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify, attract, and qualify potential customers to support business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through various online and offline channels and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and generate new business leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online databases
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems
- Conduct cold outreach via calls, emails, and social media
- Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign execution and optimization
- Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance metrics
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, etc.)
- Ability to conduct market research and identify target audiences
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
