Key Responsibilities
Outbound Cold Calling: Make 80-150+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients from provided lists
Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic questioning and needs assessment
Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified appointments and demos for the sales team
CRM Management: Accurately document all call activities, outcomes, and lead information in HubSpot
Script Optimization: Provide feedback on calling scripts and suggest improvements based on real conversations
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call quotas and lead generation targets
Market Intelligence: Gather competitive intelligence and market feedback during calls
Qualifications Required
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
1+ years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally
Strong phone presence and confident demeanor
Basic Computer Skills And Experience With CRM Systems
Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
Preferred
Experience with lead generation in [Digital Marketing: B2B software, real estate, financial services, etc.]
Previous experience with B2B sales cycles
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
