Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist ERP located in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and generating new leads, conducting thorough market research, and initiating communication with potential clients. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team, developing strategies for lead generation, and maintaining accurate records of interactions to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Past Proven Track Record with any ERP Lead Generation
- Individual Contributor & Self starter
- Target/Output based approach
- Good with Data Profiling / Database Managment
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Sales processes and techniques to engage potential clients
- Research skills to identify and pursue relevant business opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role or sales/marketing background preferred
