Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and well-connected Parent Lead Generation Specialist to help us reach families in Dubai seeking academic or therapeutic support for their children. This is a fully remote, commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential, ideal for individuals with strong networking or sales experience within parenting or education communities.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and connect with parents who may benefit from Special Minds’ services.
• Generate qualified leads through social media, referrals, community groups, and personal networks.
• Engage with potential clients professionally and communicate the value of our services.
• Submit accurate lead information to the internal team for follow-up.
• Collaborate with the Special Minds team to ensure smooth conversion of leads into clients.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity.
Ideal Candidate
• Experience in lead generation, sales, business development, or community outreach.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai parenting community.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Passion for education and supporting children.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Existing network within schools, parenting groups, or community organizations is a plus.
Compensation
• Commission-Only Role (No fixed salary).
• Uncapped earning potential based on successful enrollments.
• Commission is paid once the client completes their payment.
