Job Description: Lead Generation Specialist(Cold Email Outreach Expert – B2B)
Location: Kolkata (On-site)
Experience: 2–3 Years (Dedicated Cold Email / Outbound)
Shift: US-UK Shift
Compensation: Up to ₹30,000/month + Performance-Based OTE
Industry: IT Services / Digital Agency / B2B Services
Key Responsibilities
1. Cold Email Strategy & Execution
Build complete outbound systems from scratch:
ICP definition → Lead sourcing → Enrichment → Copywriting → Domain setup → Campaign launch → Reporting
Write short, personalised, high-conversion email sequences (initial + follow-ups + breakups).
Manage inbox and domain infrastructure:
Domain & inbox warm-up
SPF / DKIM / DMARC setup & monitoring
Sender reputation & inbox rotation
Run continuous A/B tests on:
Subject lines
Copy angles
CTAs
Send volumes & schedules
Maintain strong deliverability and inbox health across campaigns.
2. Prospecting & Data Sourcing
Define and refine ICPs & buyer personas across different service offerings.
Build high-quality lead lists using tools such as Sales Navigator and others
3. Pipeline & CRM Management
Manage outbound pipelines in tools like HubSpot
Track and report on:
Open rates
Reply rates
Positive replies
Meetings booked
Qualify leads and pass them to founders with clear context and insights.
4. Performance & Optimization
Analyse campaign performance and iterate on:
ICP targeting
Messaging
Deliverability
Data sources
Monitor daily outbound metrics:
Bounce rate
Spam complaints
Inbox placement
Reply quality
Proactively recommend improvements to scale results.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of hands-on cold email outreach experience (not content or digital marketing).
Strong understanding of:
Cold email copywriting
Deliverability systems & warm-up tools
SPF / DKIM / DMARC
Inbox & domain rotation
Personalisation frameworks
Experience using tools such as:
Apollo
Clay
Sales Navigator
Smartlead / Instantly / Saleshandy
Proven ability to generate measurable outcomes: replies, leads, and booked meetings.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Highly analytical, research-driven, and metrics-focused.
Nice to Have
Experience combining cold email + LinkedIn automation.
Familiarity with scraping tools (Phantombuster, TexAu, Claygent).
Prior experience working with agencies, SaaS, or B2B service providers.
Ability to build automated workflows using Make.com or n8n.
