Stockwell Solar Services Pvt. Ltd. (SSSPL), founded in 2017 by IIT alumni, is a pioneering provider of clean energy solutions through OPEX/RESCO and CAPEX models. Managing over 250 MW of IPP Solar operational assets and developing an additional pipeline of 1000+ MW BESS/Solar Projects.
About the Role
We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to drive the top-of-funnel pipeline for our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) business. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients — identifying decision-makers across manufacturing, warehousing, data centers, hospitality, and large commercial establishments — and qualifying opportunities for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and prospect C&I customers (rooftop solar, open access, captive, group captive, and BESS) across target geographies
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Run outbound campaigns — cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach — to CXOs, plant heads, energy managers, and procurement leaders
• Qualify leads on key parameters: sanctioned load, monthly consumption (kWh), tariff category and decision timeline
• Coordinate with the Sales / BD team for site visits, technical proposals, and commercial discussions
Must-Have Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / BBA / MBA preferred)
• 2–5 years of lead generation / inside sales experience, preferably in solar, power, EPC, electrical equipment, or B2B industrial sales
• Strong understanding of C&I solar economics — CAPEX vs OPEX, PPA, ROI, payback, open access, and net/gross metering
• Proficiency with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MS Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
