About the RoleMemetic Solutions is looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist who can help us identify, engage, and generate qualified leads for our web development, software development, and design services.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in LinkedIn lead generation, cold outreach, prospect research, and CRM management.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital channels
- Research and build target prospect lists (companies, decision-makers, founders, CTOs, etc.)
- Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns and manage conversations with prospects
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos with potential clients
- Maintain lead data and pipeline in CRM or tracking systems
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies
- Track outreach performance and continuously optimize lead generation campaigns
Required Skills- 4+ years of experience in lead generation or business development
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn outreach, and cold emailing
- Experience using tools like Apollo, Hunter, Snov, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
- Ability to research target companies and decision-makers effectively
- Excellent written communication skills for outreach messages
- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus
Preferred Experience- Experience generating leads for IT services, software development, or digital agencies
- Familiarity with international markets (USA, UK, Australia, etc.)
- Understanding of B2B sales funnels and qualification processes
