About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our event management team. The ideal candidate should bring strong research skills, communication abilities, and a proactive mindset to identify and convert new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach and email marketing campaigns
• Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities
• Conduct market research to target the right audience and industries
• Engage with prospects and present company offerings effectively
• Maintain and organize lead data using CRM tools
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive conversions and revenue
• Stay updated with industry trends, especially in events and experiential marketing
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn outreach and email marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
• Good research and analytical abilities
• Proactive, target-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in Lead Generation / Business Development / Sales
Education:
Any Graduate
Work Type:
Full-time, 5 days a week
Reporting To:
Founder
Salary:
₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
