We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate responsible for building and executing outbound lead generation campaigns using Apollo.io and MeetAlfred.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Scrape and build targeted prospect lists using Apollo.io
* Filter leads based on ICP (industry, designation, geography, company size)
* Export, clean, and manage lead databases
* Create and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns using MeetAlfred
* Set up multi-step sequences (connection request + follow-ups)
* Monitor campaign performance (acceptance rate, reply rate, conversions)
* Continuously optimize messaging and targeting
* Maintain CRM / tracking sheets of all outreach activity
*Requirements:*
* Experience with Apollo.io (lead scraping & filtering)
* Hands-on experience with MeetAlfred / LinkedIn automation tools
* Strong understanding of LinkedIn outreach strategies
* Good communication & copywriting skills (for cold messages)
* High attention to detail and data accuracy
*Good to Have:*
* Experience in B2B lead generation / digital marketing agency
* Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Linkedin, Apollo.io
* Understanding of email outreach tools (Instanly, Lemlist, etc.)
*KPIs:*
* Number of qualified leads generated
* Campaign reply rate
* Meetings booked
* Data accuracy & list quality
*Location:* West Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi
*Experience:* 1–3 years
