Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist. The Lead Generation Specialist will identify and generate new leads to drive sales growth, conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and markets, and actively communicate with prospects. The specialist will collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets, maintain records of lead generation activities, and develop strategies for optimizing lead conversions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in generating New Leads and Lead Generation techniques
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with potential clients
- Experience in Sales processes, with an understanding of the sales pipeline
- Strong Research skills to identify target audiences and evaluate potential markets
- Analytical mindset and ability to use data to inform decision-making
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
