We don't use AI as an occasional shortcut — it is embedded in how we work. As an SDR at Threatcop, you will be expected to leverage tools like Claude and Cowork to automate and accelerate the full prospecting cycle: from account research and contact sourcing to personalised outreach, call preparation, LinkedIn/email sequencing, and competitive analysis.
This means building workflows, not just prompting — using AI to reduce manual effort, sharpen your messaging, and move faster without losing quality.
If AI tools aren't already a fixed part of your daily workflow, this role is not the right fit.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
- Generate high-quality Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs) via outbound cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn messaging — targeting cybersecurity decision-makers across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Own the full top-of-funnel: prospecting, research, first contact, qualification, and seamless handoff to the BDM team with complete context.
- Implement and manage email infrastructure — SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email warmup — to ensure deliverability and protect sender reputation.
- Build and refine B2B personas for targeted outreach; design and execute automated email sequences that convert cold contacts into warm conversations.
- Apply the BANT (Budget-Authority-Need-Time) framework consistently to qualify leads before scheduling discovery calls or demos.
- Maintain clean, accurate lead records in CRM. Track every interaction, update every stage, and report metrics without being asked.
- Conduct deep research to identify high-growth industries and customer segments in cybersecurity and networking markets.
- Represent Threatcop at industry events — build relationships with key stakeholders and surface partnership opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology (B.Tech / BCA / M.Tech / MCA) or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on B2B lead generation experience — this is a hard requirement.
- Demonstrated, daily use of AI tools (Claude, NotebookLM, or equivalent) as a productivity lever — non-negotiable.
- Own the end-to-end prospecting engine for the cybersecurity domain, utilizing advanced data tools (Apollo.io/Lusha) and optimizing email deliverability/warmup strategies to penetrate high-compliance verticals like BFSI and Healthcare."
- Proven comfort and skill in high-volume cold calling; you are not phone-shy.
- Hands-on experience with SPF, DKIM, DMARC implementation, email warmup, and B2B persona creation.
- Full proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Zoho), email marketing tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and prospecting tools like Apollo.io and Seamless.
