We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in identifying potential clients, generating quality leads, and supporting business growth through effective communication and outreach.
The below is our JD, requirement for Lead Generation Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Understand thoroughly the details of the Testpress Software platform.
- Generate qualified opportunities for the company by rigorously prospecting and researching in the assigned region/market.
- Do rigorous research on companies, and build an effective sales pipeline.
- Intelligently gather and maintain data that can be potential customers
- Research about the prospect and find more information about the decision-makers
- Nurture the leads till they become a customer
- Coordinate with the sales team to support conversions and follow-ups
- Record activities in CRM
- Achieve targets projected for every month and be diligent on the same
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal in English.
- Should be easily likable and an engaging conversationalist
- Should have the fire in the belly to close the leads and be willing to take extra steps if necessary
- Should have efficient browsing skills,
- Should have a strong desire in the conversion of generating qualified leads and be initiative to take extra steps if required.
- Should have an interest in lead generation of software products
- Prior lead generation experience with a proven track record is an advantage.
- Should be Positive, Optimistic, and Team Oriented
- Should have an interest in selling software products
- Willingness to learn new sales strategies and new tools for improving the sales cycle
