Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist based in Jaipur. The role involves identifying and generating qualified leads, conducting thorough research on prospective clients, and supporting the sales team in building a strong pipeline. The candidate will execute lead-generation strategies, maintain updated records of potential clients, and collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads
- Effective Communication and Sales skills
- Research capabilities to explore and analyze market trends and client prospects
- Proficiency in CRM tools and lead tracking systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in lead generation or a sales support role is a plus
- Experience - 2+ years in ERP sales
