Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist – IT Services
Skylane Solution is looking for an energetic and performance-focused Lead Generation Specialist to be part of our expanding team.
Location: Mohali (Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift (US Timings)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate quality leads through cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email campaigns
- Research and identify potential international clients for IT services
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Update lead records and coordinate closely with the sales team
- Schedule meetings or connect prospects with sales representatives
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in lead generation for IT services
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and client interaction
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting and email outreach tools
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced night shift setup
