Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Generation Specialist at Sadbhav Futuretech Limited. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying, researching, and qualifying new business leads in the solar and renewable energy sector. Daily activities include prospecting through digital channels, industry databases, and professional networks; maintaining and updating lead lists and CRM records; and coordinating with the sales team to hand off qualified opportunities. The role involves outreach through email, phone, and virtual meetings, nurturing prospective clients, and scheduling sales appointments. The Lead Generation Specialist will collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine targeting, support campaigns, and provide feedback on lead quality and market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in sourcing and qualifying New Leads and executing structured Lead Generation activities.
- Strong Research skills to identify target accounts, key decision-makers, and market opportunities.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal outreach, active listening, and professional follow-up.
- Experience supporting Sales teams with high-quality leads, pipeline development, and opportunity handoffs.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems; ability to maintain accurate and organized records.
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles; experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or related industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet targets and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
