🚀 We’re Hiring: Lead Generation Specialist (Performance Marketing)
📍 Remote | 💰 ₹4 LPA (Negotiable) | 🕘 Mon–Sat (9 AM – 6 PM)
We’re looking for someone who knows how to turn ad spend into real leads.
If you’ve worked on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, this role is for you.
👉 Your core goal: Generate high-quality leads at the lowest CPL
What you’ll do:
* Run & optimize campaigns (Meta + Google)
* Scale winning ads & improve underperforming ones
* Work on lead forms, WhatsApp & landing pages
* Track performance (CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversions)
Who should apply?
✔️ 1–4 years experience in performance marketing
✔️ Strong understanding of lead gen funnels
