What You’ll Do

  • Generate new B2B leads via LinkedIn, email, cold outreach, and referrals
  • Target and engage C-level, VPs, Directors, and Hiring Managers
  • Qualify prospects and book discovery meetings for sales leadership
  • Maintain accurate activity and lead data in CRM
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in lead generation, SDR, BDR, or inside sales
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume prospecting
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, email sequencing tools
  • B2B experience in IT services, staffing, consulting, or SaaS preferred
