We're looking for a commercially-minded Lead Generation Specialist to join our marketing team and own the top of our sales funnel. This is a hands-on, high-impact role, you'll be responsible for building and executing the outreach engine that fills the pipeline our sales team closes.
You'll work across outbound prospecting, LinkedIn social selling, and paid/SEO demand generation to identify, engage, and qualify mid-market prospects. This isn't a role where you execute someone else's playbook — you'll be building and iterating the systems yourself, in close collaboration with our sales team.

Require:
· 3–5 years in a B2B lead generation, demand generation, or SDR/BDR role within a SaaS or tech company
· Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline from outbound prospecting — with metrics to back it up (reply rates, meetings booked, pipeline value)
· Hands-on experience with outbound sequencing tools: Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or equivalent
· Comfortable working CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce) and keeping data clean and up to date
· Experience running LinkedIn outreach campaigns that produced real meetings — not just connection growth
· Working knowledge of paid advertising on Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
· Understanding of email deliverability fundamentals: domain warm-up, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and inbox placement
· Experience targeting mid-market accounts
· B2B SaaS moves fast. What worked six months ago may not work today. You stay current on outreach trends, platform changes, and buyer behaviour. Adaptable
Nice To Have
· Experience using intent data tools
· Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies for target account lists
· Experience with SEO tools
· Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment where processes were being built, not just followed
