Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Generation Specialist. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential leads, conducting thorough research to discover new opportunities, and maintaining a database of prospective clients and partners. Daily tasks include collaborating with the sales team, initiating contact with potential leads through various communication channels, and tracking key performance metrics. The specialist plays a significant role in driving business growth by ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Lead Generation and New Leads sourcing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospects and team members.
- Experience in Sales and understanding customer needs to drive business opportunities.
- Excellent Research skills to analyze markets and identify potential leads.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and lead tracking systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with sustainability initiatives or environmental services is a bonus.
