Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Lead Generation Executive to help us reach travel enthusiasts and convert them into active participants for our upcoming trips and treks.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate quality leads of potential travelers through various online and offline channels
- Connect with interested leads via calls, messages, and social media platforms
- Explain travel packages, itineraries, and experiences clearly
- Convert leads into confirmed registrations for upcoming trips
- Maintain and update lead data regularly
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve conversions
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing travelers
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in travel, trekking, and adventure activities
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Prior experience in sales/lead generation is a plus (not mandatory)
