About the job
This job is sourced from a job board
Off Lens Tech is an IT products and services company looking to scale its outbound revenue
engine. We're hiring a hands-on Growth & Revenue Specialist who can own demand
generation, pipeline building, and deal closing — not just strategize, but execute and deliver
results every single day.
The Role
You'll be responsible for building and running revenue-generating campaigns from the ground
up. This is not a "set up a few automations and move on" role — you'll own the full cycle from
lead generation through to closed deals and be a core part of how this company grows.
Core Mandate: Drive qualified inbound/outbound pipeline and close deals for IT products and
services, targeting US and UK clients, with typical project sizes ~ $20,000. Bonus for selling
retainers and dedicated developers.
What You'll Own
e Email Marketing (Required): Design, build, and execute email campaigns that generate
real pipeline — not vanity metrics. You've personally set up sequences, managed
deliverability, segmented lists, and iterated on copy that converted strangers into booked
meetings.
e AtLeast One Additional Channel (Required): You've cracked at least one more
acquisition channel beyond email. This could be LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, paid
ads, content/SEO, partnerships, or community-led growth. The key: you can show that
you figured it out, scaled it, and it produced revenue.
e Sales Meetings & Closing (Required): You're comfortable getting on calls with
prospects, running discovery, handling objections, and closing. You don't just generate
leads — you convert them.
Campaign Architecture: You can map out a full campaign — targeting, messaging,
sequencing, follow-ups, CRM hygiene — and explain why each piece exists.
You Must Be Able to Demonstrate
6.
. Zero-to-One Experience: You've built a pipeline or revenue channel from scratch at a
company — not inherited a working machine, but created one. This is non-negotiable.
Revenue Attribution: You can point to specific campaigns or channels and say "I built
this, and it generated $X in closed revenue." Vanity metrics (open rates, impressions)
alone won't cut it.
US/UK Client Acquisition: You've successfully sold to clients in the US or UK markets.
You understand the buying psychology, communication norms, and sales cycles in these
geographies.
Small Deal Velocity: You've closed deals in the sub-$20K range — meaning you
understand how to move smaller deals quickly without overcomplicating the process.
Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with relevant tools in at least two of these
categories:
Email: Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, Apollo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar
LinkedIn: Sales Navigator, Dripify, Expandi, or manual outreach at scale
CRM: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, Salesforce
Data/Enrichment: Apollo, Zoominfo, Clay, Lusha
Must be able to close 1 project in 30 days of joining us
Who Thrives in This Role:
Self-starters who don't wait for instructions — you see a gap, you fill it
People who are energized by building something from nothing
Operators who balance speed with quality — you ship fast, learn, and iterate
Strong communicators who can hold their own on a call with a US/UK decision-maker
Bonus (Not Required, But Sets You Apart)
Experience selling IT services, software, or tech consulting specifically
Proficiency across 2+ acquisition channels with proven results in each
Ability to write high-converting copy (cold emails, LinkedIn messages, landing pages)
Experience with A/B testing frameworks and conversion optimization
Familiarity with ICP development, intent data, or ABM strategies
Has built or managed a small SDR/BDR team or freelance outreach operation
