Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist located in Bengaluru South. The role involves identifying and generating qualified leads for the company's educational programs and services. Key responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, conducting market research, managing lead databases, establishing meaningful connections with stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to establish effective strategies for customer outreach. The role also requires tracking lead improvements and reporting results to the team.
Qualifications
- Ability to generate, qualify, and nurture leads through research and effective communication skills
- Experience working with CRM tools and managing lead databases efficiently
- Strong market research, relationship management, and prospecting skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and lead acquisition techniques
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or similar productivity tools
- Previous experience in education, technology, or related industries is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
