Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist, based in Bengaluru South. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating prospective customer leads, managing a database of potential clients, and building relationships to support sales goals. Additional tasks include conducting research to identify market trends, qualifying leads, and collaborating with the sales team to develop targeted strategies. Success in this role requires strategic planning, active communication, and a proactive attitude toward achieving targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lead Generation, Prospecting, and Pipeline Development
- Experience with Market Research, Data Mining, and CRM Tools
- Proficiency in Sales Outreach and Digital Marketing Strategies
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills
- Ability to analyze data to identify and act on business opportunities
- Adaptability to dynamic industry requirements and a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivation with an ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the education or technology sector is an advantage
