💼 Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can identify, connect, and convert potential clients into business opportunities. You’ll play a key role in building our sales pipeline and driving growth by reaching out to prospects across industries.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate high-quality leads for IT, development, and digital marketing services
• Research potential clients across industries (Real Estate, Healthcare, Pharma, Hospitality, Finance, etc.)
• Outreach via LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp, and Calls
• Qualify leads and understand client requirements
• Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Collaborate with sales & marketing teams for conversions
🧠 What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in lead generation or sales
• Strong communication & client-handling skills
• Good research and prospecting ability
• Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing / Development services (plus point)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
