🚀 We’re Hiring | Lead Generation Specialist – Bengaluru

We are looking for a detail-oriented and research-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team in Bengaluru.
📍 Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
🕙 Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM (Work From Office)
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
💰 Compensation: Up to 6 LPA (Fixed + Incentives)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify potential business leads
• Build and maintain prospect databases
• Conduct email outreach campaigns to potential clients
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead nurturing strategies
• Maintain accurate records and track outreach activities
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong research and email communication skills
✔ Ability to identify and qualify new leads
✔ Good written English and professional email drafting skills
✔ Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
✔ Prior experience in lead generation/email outreach is a plus
🎓 Qualification: No specific educational barrier. Candidates should be well-versed in research and professional email communication.
